Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Release Management / Deployment Management for enterprise applications
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a production environment
- Experience working with vendors, business teams, and IT teams simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of UAT coordination, change control, and operational readiness
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in JIRA and Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
Preferred Experience:
- Experience supporting Health & Human Services programs or large public sector systems
- Background in large-scale systems integration or government program environments
