We are seeking a mid-level UX Designer to join an established product design team focused on crafting high-end digital experiences for consumers engaging with luxury brands and services. This individual will contribute both to executional design work and light strategic thinking within product initiatives.
The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of experience, is highly proficient in Figma, and can operate independently while still working effectively within a structured senior-led design environment. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to integrate into an existing team are essential.
This role is best suited for a designer who has experience creating premium, consumer-facing digital experiences—particularly for industries such as hospitality, travel, automotive, luxury retail, fine dining, or other experience-driven brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality UX/UI solutions primarily in Figma
- Contribute to product design work that spans mobile, web, and responsive breakpoints
- Work from ambiguous requirements and help refine direction through design exploration
- Collaborate closely with senior designers, product managers, and engineering teams
- Participate in implementation discussions with front-end developers and address feasibility feedback when needed
- Support iterative design processes within an existing product structure
- Work within Agile workflows using tools such as ADO or Jira
- Communicate and collaborate effectively in a Microsoft Teams environment
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design roles
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (primary design tool)
- Experience working within cross-functional product teams
- Strong understanding of responsive design across mobile, tablet, and web
- Ability to take direction while contributing independent design thinking
- Experience designing consumer-facing digital experiences
Nice to Have
- Exposure to or interest in AI-assisted design workflows
- Familiarity with Contentful CMS (design collaboration experience only; no direct design within CMS required)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (limited use in this role)
