Duration: 6 Months Contract Schedule: 40 hours/week
We are seeking a detail-oriented Market Access Marketing Specialist to support Payer and Reimbursement Marketing operations within a pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate will assist with project coordination, marketing operations, compliance processes, vendor management, and cross-functional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support marketing operations, meetings, events, and promotional activities
- Manage Veeva workflows, contracts, purchase orders, and compliance documentation
- QC marketing materials, payer data updates, and agency deliverables
- Maintain marketing databases, trackers, and field resources
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Legal/Compliance, and Patient Services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing experience preferred
- Experience with MLR review processes and marketing operations is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Veeva experience preferred
