Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience supporting T24 or Core Banking platform infrastructure operations
- 5 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server environments
- 5 years of experience in system operations, production support, and system testing
- Strong experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Experience designing and managing operational and batch operation flows
- Solid understanding of operational support processes and methodologies
- Experience working in banking or financial services environments
- Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and job scheduling tools
