Responsibilities include coordinating provider schedules (QGenda), arranging travel, processing expense reimbursements, supporting meetings and presentations, taking meeting minutes, managing invoices, ordering supplies, and assisting with training class coordination and departmental events.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience supporting physicians, providers, or healthcare teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Experience with scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and virtual meeting platforms.
This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
