Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare, Public Policy, Public Administration, Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience in project/program coordination, grant administration, workforce development, healthcare, education, research, data analysis, or stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of project tracking, documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
- Experience with government programs, federal grants, healthcare, or public-sector operations is highly preferred.
