What are the responsibilities and job description for the Downstream Process Development Scientist position at Talent Groups?
Duration: 12 Months Contract
We are seeking a Scientist with strong experience in downstream process development and antibody purification to support biologics and conjugated molecule programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in purification process development, scale-up activities, and analytical assay support for antibodies, ADCs, or antibody–RNA conjugates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support downstream purification process development and scale-up activities
- Perform antibody purification using chromatography and filtration techniques
- Support process characterization, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Execute and analyze analytical assays related to purification workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced laboratory environment
Preferred Background:
- Strong foundation in Chemical Engineering, Bioprocessing, or related field
- Experience with monoclonal antibodies, ADCs, or antibody–RNA conjugates
- Hands-on downstream processing and purification experience
- Familiarity with analytical assays and process development activities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Salary : $60 - $70
