Key Responsibilities & Required Qualifications:
- Professional experience in desktop support or IT technical support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Azure Intune, and Active Directory.
- Experience troubleshooting Dell desktops/laptops, mobile devices, printers, and software applications.
- Ability to install and transport computer equipment as needed.
- Troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, connectivity, software, and Dell hardware issues.
- Provision and configure Windows PCs and iPhones using Microsoft Intune.
- Manage Intune device policies and deploy applications for Windows and iOS.
- Install and troubleshoot printers, peripherals, and conference room A/V equipment.
