- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop, validate, and maintain statistical models, machine learning solutions, and forecasting models.
- Design and support experiments, including A/B testing and causal inference analyses.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for business and technical stakeholders.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows using modern data engineering tools.
- Support data governance initiatives, including data quality, metadata management, and stewardship practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems using data-driven approaches.
- 5 years of experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering.
- Experience working in privacy, compliance, risk, governance, or regulated environments.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Python libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, Statsmodels, NumPy, or similar.
- Understanding of machine learning, statistical modeling, forecasting, causal inference, and experimental design.
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines using Airflow, dbt, Spark, or related technologies.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality frameworks, metadata management, and data stewardship.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
