We are seeking a detail-oriented Fleet Data & Administrative Coordinator to support fleet operations, reporting, and financial data management. This role is responsible for maintaining fleet records, entering and validating data, managing user access to fleet management software, supporting reporting requirements, and assisting with vendor payment research.
The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Excel skills, experience working with databases or reporting systems, and the ability to ensure data accuracy while managing multiple priorities. Candidates with automotive industry experience and a basic understanding of accounting principles are highly preferred.
Key Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with data entry, reporting, and database management
- Ability to transfer, validate, and maintain electronic records
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial reports
- Prior automotive or fleet management experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required; relevant education or certifications are a plus
