About the Role :
Our team is looking for a Communications Strategist to join us for a six-month contract. In this role, you will play a crucial part in keeping our customers informed and engaged throughout their lifecycle. Your main focus will be delivering timely and transparent communications, especially during sensitive moments like service outages, planned maintenance, or product updates.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to gather real-time information on service outages and restoration efforts.
- Craft and deliver clear, concise communications to inform customers about service impacts, restoration efforts, known workarounds, and final resolution.
- Track incidents and communications to ensure visibility and facilitate continuous improvement.
- Develop and send communications on planned product maintenance, feature releases, and other important updates. Ensure consistency in voice, accuracy, and tone across all messaging.
