Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Security Engineer to support enterprise cloud security initiatives across AWS and Microsoft Azure environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud security operations, DevSecOps, IAM, container security, CSPM/CIEM, and security monitoring tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support security controls across enterprise AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
- Monitor, investigate, and respond to cloud security events using Splunk, cloud-native security tools, and enterprise security platforms.
- Review, analyze, prioritize, and remediate CSPM and CIEM findings, including excessive IAM permissions, cloud misconfigurations, and privilege-related security risks.
- Secure containerized workloads and cloud-native environments, including Amazon EKS, Kubernetes, Amazon ECS, and AWS Fargate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered.
- 3 years of experience in Cloud Security Engineering, Cloud Security Operations, DevSecOps, or a related cybersecurity role.
- Hands-on experience securing AWS and Microsoft Azure environments.
- Experience with cloud security services and tools such as AWS Security Hub, Amazon GuardDuty, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Splunk, CSPM, CIEM, and CNAPP platforms.
- Strong understanding of Cloud IAM, least-privilege access, identity security, excessive permissions, and cloud misconfigurations.
- Experience securing Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, Amazon ECS, and containerized workloads.
- Experience implementing security controls within CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines.
