Job Description:
Seeking a Biomedical Technician to support medical device inventory, configuration, and network migration across healthcare sites. The role involves troubleshooting, device integration, and ensuring seamless operations in clinical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory and track clinical/medical devices (including radiology)
- Configure devices for network migration and ensure connectivity
- Handle helpdesk tickets and resolve issues within SLAs
- Perform maintenance, upgrades, and documentation
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and quality service delivery
Requirements:
- 4 years of biomedical/clinical or field service experience
- Knowledge of medical devices, EMR/PACS/HL7, and basic networking
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
Preferred:
- Experience with Siemens, GE, Philips devices
- Exposure to Epic, Fuji Synapse, and ticketing tools
