Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Salem, OR 97312 or Remote (Must Reside in Oregon)
Employment Type: 6 Month W2 Contract (No C2C or Sponsorship Available)
About the Role
Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large scale enterprise software implementation and integration initiative. This role will partner with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to gather requirements, document business processes, and support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Create process maps, use cases, workflows, and functional documentation.
- Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
- Analyze and document data integrations, transformations, and business rules.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to clarify requirements and processes.
- Identify and communicate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Provide project updates and support testing and implementation activities.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of business analysis experience supporting enterprise integration projects.
- Knowledge of workers' compensation or related insurance environments.
- Experience defining business requirements for software implementation projects.
- Strong skills in process mapping, use case development, and workflow documentation.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop practical solutions.
- Experience documenting data exchanges, transformations, and data cleansing rules.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Filevine.
- Familiarity with insurance or claims management systems.
- Experience supporting application modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
