What are the responsibilities and job description for the Autonomous Network Architect position at Talent Groups?
Key Responsibilities
- Define enterprise autonomous network architecture, target state, and roadmap.
- Design intent-based networking, closed-loop automation, self-healing, and self-optimization solutions.
- Build AI-driven decision engines using LLMs, AI Agents, Knowledge Graphs, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Develop agentic AI solutions for assurance, provisioning, optimization, change management, and service fulfillment.
- Implement Digital Twins for simulation and autonomous decision validation.
- Drive cross-domain automation across RAN, 5G Core, Transport, Cloud, and Edge.
- Establish AI governance, guardrails, explainability, and operational risk controls.
- Define autonomy KPIs and support TM Forum Autonomous Networks Level 4 assessments.
- Provide architecture leadership, mentor engineering teams, and drive reusable automation accelerators.
