Responsible for supporting process development activities for vaccine and large molecule drug substance programs. Performs laboratory experiments, process optimization, purification, analytical characterization, and data analysis under general supervision. Assists with scale-up, tech transfer, GMP/GLP documentation, and technical report writing. Operates and maintains laboratory equipment while following SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field with 0–2 years of laboratory experience. Preferred experience in process development, carbohydrate or synthetic organic chemistry, and analytical techniques such as HPLC, NMR, MS, and SEC/MALS. Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills required.
