Required Skills:
• Experience in application support, troubleshooting, and end-user assistance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Salesforce applications or CRM platforms preferred
• Familiarity with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar ticketing tools
• Knowledge of UAT testing and defect tracking
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows, and Adobe Acrobat
