Network Construction Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support the daily administrative functions of our Fiber Network Construction team. This role will be responsible for processing purchase orders (POs) and change management (CMs), reviewing invoices for accuracy, and managing fiber splicing documentation within the assigned geographic area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative tasks, including creating POs, processing CMs, and reviewing invoices.
• Review and manage splice packages from Fiber Engineering and oversee fiber splicing activities.
• Collaborate with team members to improve billing processes and project deliverables.
• Collect, analyze, and report on operational data to support business functions.
• Maintain open communication across teams to ensure consistency in service implementation, restoration, and maintenance.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), such as operational expenses, mean time to repair (MTTR), on-time installations, and fiber completion for small cell and enterprise projects.
• Assist the Network Construction Implementation team with project coordination, deadline monitoring, and variance reporting.

Qualifications:

• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in fiber network construction or telecommunications is a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $43.10 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
