Optometrist (FT or PT available) – Oxnard, CA

We are seeking a patient-focused Optometrist to join a growing practice, with locations in Goleta and Oxnard, CA. This is a great opportunity to practice full-scope optometry in a supportive environment with modern technology and a fully dedicated staff.

What’s Offered

• Compensation: $180,000 – $200,000 annually (based on ~3 patients/hour, 5 days/week)
• Schedule: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm; flexible FT or PT opportunities available

• Support: Dedicated technicians facilitate OCT and Optomap imaging services

What You’ll Do

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and contact lens fittings
• Diagnose and manage ocular disease, with appropriate referrals as needed
• Educate patients on eye health, eyewear, and contact lens options
• Collaborate with technicians and staff to ensure efficient patient flow

What We’re Looking For

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree and active CA license (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach
• Comfortable seeing ~3 patients/hour in a supported setting
• Team-oriented and professional demeanor
• Preferred but not required: Bilingual in Spanish, experience with Low Vision or Scleral Lenses
