A Day In the Life Of
As our Treatment Coordinator, your role is the bridge between clinical diagnosis and patient commitment — part educator, part financial guide, and part patient concierge.
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their treatment journey.

- Guide patients through treatment recommendations after their exam
- Break down clinical information into clear, approachable explanations
- Present accurate financial estimates, explain insurance coverage, and set up payment plans
- Collaborate with the insurance coordinator to verify benefits and obtain pre‑authorizations
- Follow up on outstanding treatment plans to keep schedules full and patients on track
- Assist with front office responsibilities, including scheduling and coordinating appointments
- Serve as the go‑to patient advocate, answering questions and supporting the overall patient experience

Required Experience & Education
