The Role
As Senior Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth across the US and Canadian hedge fund market.
This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role, suited to someone with deep domain expertise, strong market credibility, and a proven ability to originate and close complex enterprise-level sales.
You’ll operate with real autonomy in an entrepreneurial environment, working closely with internal product, client service, and leadership teams to deliver tailored solutions to sophisticated clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Originate, develop, and close high-value sales opportunities with hedge funds and institutional allocators
- Build and maintain deep, trusted client relationships, with regular in-person engagement
- Clearly articulate complex product value by developing a strong understanding of the platform’s technical and data architecture
- Own pipeline creation and progression end-to-end in a fast-paced growth environment
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver bespoke solutions aligned to client financing and treasury needs
What We’re Looking For
- A credible, trusted, and collaborative professional with strong market reputation
- Senior-level experience in hedge fund financing, ideally from a top-tier hedge fund or prime broker (Director level or above)
- Deep understanding of:
- Swap and debit financing methodologies
- Securities lending
- Margin and capital usage
- Financing wallets and balance-sheet optimisation
- Strong technical curiosity and willingness to master a sophisticated fintech platform
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with executive-level presence
- Proven track record of success in complex, consultative sales environments
- Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
