A top performing advisory team in Northern Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Financial Professional to join an established and growing office in the Appleton / Green Bay market.

 

This confidential opportunity is ideal for advisors who are looking for greater independence, strong transition support, and the ability to grow their practice within a collaborative team environment.

The team operates within an independent broker-dealer and independent RIA platform, allowing advisors greater flexibility in serving clients while maintaining the support, infrastructure, and benefits of a large financial organization.

 

The office is recognized as a top performing advisory team in Northern Wisconsin. They are expanding and seeking a motivated advisor who wants to build and scale their practice while maintaining ownership of client relationships.

 

A private office is available immediately for the incoming advisor.

Qualified candidates may be eligible for competitive transition assistance designed to support a successful move and long-term growth.

 

Transition support is typically structured around:

  • Transferable client assets (AUM)
  • Trailing 12-month production across advisory, insurance, and annuity business
  • A transition structure designed to support long-term growth

Independence with Institutional Support

Qualifications

  • Series 7 and Series 66 required
  • Life, Accident & Health license
  • Experience managing client assets and relationships
  • Existing book of business or transferable assets preferred
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong growth motivation

Location: Appleton / Green Bay market
Team: 4 established advisors

All inquiries will be handled with strict confidentiality.

Salary : $150,000 - $325,000
