Title: HRIS Analyst - Workday
Team: reports to HRIS Manager, Jason Coss. 2 other HRIS Analysts and 1 Workday
consultant.

Description:
Essential
Functions:
- Work directly with HR/Payroll functional
teams and technical staff to identify, analyze, design, test, implement,
and document new systems and associated procedures.
- Translate complex business needs to
effective design recommendations.
- Implement solutions to ensure that all work
streams are cohesive and that cross-functional impacts are considered and
mitigated.
- Provide direction to technical developers
for data conversion, complex reports, and interfaces, and support the
testing and implementation of integrations into and out of the system.
- Create, document and execute test plans
to validate that system updates are accurate, and the system functions as
designed.
- Develop, create, and maintain a variety
of reports to answer relevant business questions and communicate key HR metrics
to stakeholders in an easy-to-understand format.
- Design and set up security structures
across multiple modules, processes and functions in the HR systems and
data repositories and identify need for updating of policies.
- Advise on industry standards and leading
practices.
- Provide project manager with status
updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
- While implementation of new systems is
underway, provide ad-hoc reports and first-level support for systems that
will be deprecated.
- Other duties and responsibilities as
required.
Requirements:
- Experience delivering Workday HCM
implementation
- Experience administering Workday HCM
software
- Experience with Workday Payroll module
