Are you an experienced accounting professional with deep Yardi expertise? Join a leading property management company in the South Bay area as a Senior Accountant Consultant. This is a hands-on consulting engagement offering the chance to contribute to a highly reputable, fast-paced organization in the real estate sector.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions for multiple properties
- Perform full-cycle accounting, including general ledger, journal entries, and month-end close
- Manage financial reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Ensure accuracy in property-level financial data using Yardi Voyager
- Partner with internal teams to support audits, budgeting, and forecasting
- Streamline accounting processes and uphold compliance with GAAP standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Advanced proficiency in Yardi Voyager (must be fully versed, not just exposure)
- 3-5 years of accounting experience within property management or real estate (industry type flexible)
- Strong understanding of accrual accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable within a consulting environment
