Your Role:
- Serve as lead counsel in matters involving trust and estate disputes, family law, estate planning, commercial transactions, and civil litigation.
- Provide mentorship and oversight to a team of two junior attorneys and four administrative professionals.
- Take ownership of your cases—from discovery and depositions to motion practice and trial preparation.
Qualifications:
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- 5 to 10 years of active legal experience, ideally including supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a diligent, self-driven mindset.
- Confident leadership abilities and a proactive approach to legal strategy and team management.
