Role Overview
The Finance Manager leads both the Accounting and FP&A teams, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and effective planning. This role works closely with the CFO and cross-functional partners to enhance financial performance, drive process improvements, and support strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Accounting and FP&A teams.
- Deliver accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Build and maintain financial models, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Partner with leadership on long-term planning, capital investments, and growth strategies.
- Improve finance processes, integrating automation and AI tools where appropriate.
- Manage banking relationships, cash flow, and lease-related financial matters.
- Ensure compliance with all financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Support companywide initiatives with financial insights and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred).
- 8 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including leadership responsibility.
- Experience in multi-unit, retail, or hospitality environments preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct) and tools like Excel or Power BI.
- Experience with automation or AI-driven financial tools is a plus.
