Location: Onsite North OC/La Habra
Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 Bonus Benefits Company Car!
Reports to: CFO

Duties:
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Direct the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting activities to support business planning and performance management.
- Perform detailed variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Partner with operations teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial performance.
- Oversee inventory accounting, cost accounting, and manufacturing-related financial processes.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and applicable financial regulations.
- Manage internal controls and continuously improve accounting procedures and financial processes.
- Coordinate and lead external audit activities and serve as the primary liaison with auditors.
- Provide financial analysis and support for capital expenditures, operational investments, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop, mentor, and lead accounting and finance team members.
- Support ad hoc reporting, special projects, and strategic business initiatives.
- Promote and uphold the Company's ethical standards, business principles, and commitment to operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Progressive accounting and finance leadership experience, preferably within manufacturing, construction materials, industrial, or related environments.
