Accounting Manager | $150K Bonus Equity | Irvine, CA (Onsite)
A publicly traded, high-growth technology company is hiring an Accounting Manager to join their leadership team in Irvine. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on in the day-to-day while also helping build scalable processes, systems, and a strong accounting function for future growth.
You’ll play a key role in:
• Owning the month-end close process and delivering accurate financial reporting
• Leading process improvements and strengthening internal controls
• Supporting ERP implementation and system upgrades
• Partnering with leadership on budgets, forecasts, and operating performance
• Assisting with SEC reporting and public company compliance
• Helping integrate acquired businesses as the company continues to grow
• Mentoring and developing a small accounting team
Ideal background:
• 5 years of accounting experience
• Public company and/or technology industry experience preferred
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge
• CPA highly preferred
• Experience with SOX 404, ASC 606, ASC 842, consolidations, or M&A is a plus
• ERP implementation experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable rolling up your sleeves while also leading initiatives
