About This Role
Reporting to the Direct-SME Manager, the Account Executive plays a key role in building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The AE will serve as a trusted partner to customers by understanding their business objectives and delivering tailored solutions that create long-term value.
Responsibilities Include
The ideal candidate will bring 2 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, with a strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and customer needs. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, develop lasting client relationships, and represent Bureau professionally in the market.
They will be a self starter, results-driven, commercially minded, and confident managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close. Strong negotiation skills, follow-through, and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets will be key to success. Familiarity with the workplace, office furniture, or commercial interiors space is an asset, but curiosity, energy, motivation, and the ability to quickly learn the market are equally important.
This is a hybrid position based out of Bureau’s New York office at Spring Place, located at 6 St Johns Ln in Tribeca. Employees are expected to work in-office four days per week, with one flex day.

Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a competitive base salary in the range of USD $65,000-$75,000 annually, along with a comprehensive commission structure of up to $50,000. The total rewards package also includes extended healthcare, three weeks of vacation plus a birthday off, one week of sick leave, 401K, and up to five additional unpaid PTO days per year for extra flexibility.
The final offer will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience. Talent Edge and Bureau believe in pay equity, fairness, and transparency.

- Identifying new business opportunities, market trends, and potential growth areas
- Presenting Bureau’s products and solutions to prospective customers in a clear and compelling way
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers and key partners
- Understanding customer needs and business objectives to recommend tailored solutions
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout the sales process
- Collaborating with internal teams, including Marketing, Product and Operations, to create a strong customer experience
- Working with internal stakeholders to develop customized solutions that support client needs
- Staying informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and changes in the market
- Sharing customer and market feedback to support product, service, and sales improvements
- Preparing accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and activity summaries for leadership
- Analyzing sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities to improve results and optimize sales strategies
