🚀 Position Overview
As a Process Technician, you will operate, troubleshoot, and optimize molding equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll work with a variety of advanced molding technologies, ensuring machines run safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
💰 Salary & Compensation
- $24.00 - $32.00 per hour

💼 What You'll Do:
- Operate and oversee multiple molding machines
- Perform machine start-ups, shutdowns, and process adjustments
- Complete mold changeovers and document daily machine checks
- Troubleshoot injection and blow molding equipment
- Monitor production performance and quality standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Work with advanced molding technologies, including:
- Injection Molding, Blow Molding and Injection Stretch Blow Molding
- Auxiliary processing equipment
📅 Schedule:
- 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Every other weekend built into the rotation

- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to follow process sheets and work instructions
- Strong attendance and reliability record
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
- Interest in building a long-term technical career
- Manufacturing, military, trade school, or hands-on technical experience preferred
