Our client is a leading manufacturer of highperformance plastic components, serving a variety of industries such as automotive, medical, and consumer goods. They specialize in injection molding and extrusion processes, delivering precisionengineered parts that meet strict quality standards.

The Process Technician will play a pivotal role on the production floor, ensuring that plastic manufacturing equipment runs smoothly, products meet specifications, and safety protocols are followed.

• Operate and monitor injection molding and extrusion machines according to daily production schedules.
• Perform routine setups, calibrations, and adjustments to maintain target product dimensions.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges; record measurements and quality data.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, implement corrective actions, or coordinate with maintenance when needed.
• Maintain accurate production logs, batch records, and shift reports.
• Follow all safety procedures, wear appropriate PPE, and participate in safety drills.
• Assist with material handling, inventory control, and wastereduction initiatives.
• Contribute feedback for continuousimprovement projects and process optimization.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and SOPs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with basic hand and power tools.
• Detailoriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative team approach.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• 13 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably within the plastics industry.
• Handson experience with injection molding, extrusion, or similar plasticprocessing equipment.
• Familiarity with quality inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Basic knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) operation is a plus.

• Hourly wage: $24 $32, based on experience and skill set.
