What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary administrative support for a Commercial Real Estate leasing team.
- Prepare and coordinate lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and related documentation.
- Maintain organized and accurate tenant records and leasing documentation.
- Manage CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and helping drive team adoption and accountability.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and calendars for leasing professionals.
- Partner closely with leasing, accounting, and property management teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Maintain online property listings, marketing packages, and leasing materials.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and help modernize administrative workflows.
- Act as the operational backbone of the leasing team, ensuring deals continue moving forward efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Commercial Real Estate experience is required.
- Experience supporting leasing, brokerage, or property management teams.
- Background preparing leases, amendments, renewals, and related documentation.
- Strong organizational and document management skills.
- Experience utilizing CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Highly proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs before being asked.
- Professional, polished communication skills.
- Genuine passion for Commercial Real Estate and desire for a long-term career home.

Compensation & Benefits
