What You'll Do:
- Conduct behavioral assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and FBAs
- Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide caregiver training and family collaboration
- Maintain clinical documentation and progress reporting
- Partner with multidisciplinary therapy teams
- Support clinic growth, stabilization, and operational excellence
- Gradually take on leadership responsibilities as you develop within the organization
Population Served:
You'll work primarily with children and adolescents ages 4–16, with the vast majority diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping children develop meaningful life skills while supporting families through their journey.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Louisiana LBA or ability to obtain licensure
- Experience working with children or young adults with autism and developmental disabilities
- Experience supervising RBTs
- Strong clinical documentation and treatment planning skills
- Interest in leadership and professional growth
- Ability to thrive in an evolving environment and help build structure
- Clinic-based ABA experience
- Experience helping grow or stabilize programs
- Natural leadership ability with a desire to mentor others
