This role is essential in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Come with a strong work ethic and reliability are a must.ResponsibilitiesPerform general site cleanup, including removing debris, sweeping, and disposing of waste materials.Maintain cleanliness of work areas, walkways, and common spaces throughout the construction site.Clean and organize tools, equipment, and materials as directed by the site supervisor.Assist with unloading, staging, and moving materials.Operate basic cleaning tools and equipment safely (brooms, shovels, shop vacs, etc.).Follow all company safety policies and OSHA site standards.Support the site team with additional labor-related tasks as needed.QualificationsPrevious experience in construction cleanup or general labor preferred, but not required.Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.Attention to detail and willingness to follow direction.Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.Must be able to follow safety protocols at all times.
