Job Responsibilities
- Install commercial plumbing systems on new construction
- Install above-ground and underground piping systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing drawings
- Install PVC, CPVC, Cast Iron, Copper, PEX, and Victaulic piping systems
- Install fixtures, water heaters, valves, pumps, cleanouts, and trim
- Perform pressure testing and inspections
- Work independently or alongside apprentices and other trades
- Maintain quality workmanship while meeting project schedules
- Follow OSHA safety standards and company safety policies
Qualifications
- Journeyman-level commercial plumbing experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience with commercial plumbing installations
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and industry best practices
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on ladders, lifts, and in various weather conditions
- Must have your own basic hand tools
- OSHA certification is a plus but not required
