Equipment Operator - Commercial

NOW HIRING: Equipment Operator– MD/NOVA

Talent Corps is actively seeking a Skilled Equipment Operator

Monday - Friday

7am start

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently on active commercial job sites
• Digging and trenching for electrical conduit and underground utilities
• Read and interpret blueprints and site plans to execute precise trench locations and depths
• Maintain daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues
• Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety protocols
• Support general labor duties when equipment is not in use
• Ensure work is completed to code, on schedule, and with high attention to detail

Requirements:

• Must pass an on-site driving test
• Must be flexible with labor duties when equipment not in use
• CDL-A preferred
• Trenching for duct banks, underground electrical work and digging
• Backhoe and Mini Excavator experience
• Ability to read blueprints
• Own reliable transportation to site
• Physically fit and ready for hands-on work
• Strong safety mindset
• OSHA10 preferred
• PPE
