Electrical Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join a growing electrical contractor with a strong pipeline of upcoming projects in the Richmond, VA area. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise electrical crews of 5 electricians and apprentices.
- Manage daily field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project requirements.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Ensure installations meet quality standards, NEC requirements, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.
- Mentor and develop electricians while promoting a positive team culture.
- Maintain strong communication and documentation throughout all project phases.
Qualifications
- Active Journeyman or Master Electrician License required.
- Experience managing crews of 5 electricians.
- Proven experience on large-scale multifamily residential and/or commercial construction projects.
- Experience with healthcare and/or data center projects strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and code requirements.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred (training can be provided if not currently certified).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be a motivated self-starter with a team-oriented mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $90,000–$130,000 , depending on experience level.
