Clean, safe buildings do not happen by accident. This role keeps workplaces ready for the people who use them—every shift, every room, every handoff. You will own the condition of the space so teams can focus on their work, not the mess left behind. Reliability here is visible: doors open to a building that looks cared for and stays that way.

• Restore assigned areas to a defined clean standard before each shift handoff, with zero repeat complaints on the same deficiency within a week.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning routes on schedule, documenting exceptions the same day so nothing is left undone.
• Restock supplies before they run out and flag low inventory early enough to avoid service gaps.
• Identify and report safety hazards—spills, damaged fixtures, blocked exits—immediately, and correct what is within scope before the next user arrives.
• Handle waste, recycling, and restroom sanitation so bins and fixtures stay usable throughout operating hours.
• Protect floors, surfaces, and equipment by using the right chemicals and methods, with no damage from incorrect product use.
• Close each shift with a clear status for the incoming person: what was done, what is outstanding, and what needs a supervisor.

You will work on-site with a small facilities crew and a supervisor who sets priorities and inspects results. Supplies, equipment, and written cleaning standards are provided. You will have a defined route, a set schedule, and direct access to the person who can approve repairs or extra help. Work is physical, mostly indoors, and may include evenings or early mornings depending on building hours.

• Proven ability to finish a cleaning route to a written standard without constant supervision.
• Working knowledge of safe chemical use, including reading labels and never mixing products.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and move equipment for a full shift.
• Reliable attendance and a record of showing up ready to work the posted schedule.
• Clear communication when something is broken, unsafe, or beyond the route.
• Eligibility to work on-site and pass any required background or access checks.
