Our client is currently hiring motivated, customer-focused individuals to join their growing team as an AT&T Retail Sales Assistant in the area. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to build a long-term career in wireless sales, customer service, and professional development while representing one of the nation's leading telecommunications brands.
As an AT&T Retail Sales Assistant, you'll work directly with customers inside major retail locations, helping them explore AT&T's wireless products and services, including mobile phone plans, internet services, connected devices, and accessories. Through face-to-face interactions, you'll provide product education, assist with new activations and upgrades, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
This is an in-person, customer-facing sales position offering hands-on training, mentorship, and unlimited advancement opportunities for individuals who are eager to grow.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers inside retail locations to promote AT&T products and services
- Educate customers on wireless plans, internet options, devices, and current promotions
- Assist with new activations, upgrades, account changes, and product recommendations
- Build strong customer relationships through professional and personalized service
- Meet individual and team sales goals while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Stay up to date on new products, pricing, and promotional campaigns
- Participate in ongoing sales, product knowledge, and leadership training
- Collaborate with team members to support daily sales initiatives and store objectives
