The Total Rewards Manager plays a key role in ensuring our team is supported through competitive, equitable, and meaningful compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
Reporting to the VP of Corporate HR & HR Operations, this role leads the strategy, design, and administration of total rewards programs and partners with leaders across the organization to strengthen attraction, retention, and employee experience.
What You’ll Do
Total Rewards Strategy

Develop and maintain a comprehensive total rewards framework integrating compensation, benefits, wellness, and recognition

Evaluate program performance using market data, analytics, and employee feedback to drive improvements
Benefits & Well-Being

Oversee health, welfare, retirement, leave, and voluntary benefit programs

Manage vendor relationships, plan renewals, and open enrollment

Monitor program utilization, costs, and service levels

Improve benefits communications to help employees understand and maximize their offerings
Compensation & Pay Governance

Maintain salary structures, job evaluations, and market pricing across clinical and non-clinical roles

Partner with HR leaders on offers, promotions, retention strategies, and annual compensation planning

Support pay equity initiatives and workforce planning through data analysis
Data & Systems

Maintain accurate compensation and benefits data in HR systems (Dayforce experience preferred)

Develop reports and dashboards to support leadership decisions and workforce insights
Leadership & Partnership

Serve as the organization’s subject matter expert on total rewards

Partner with HR Business Partners and Finance to support workforce strategy
What You’ll Bring
-
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field

5–7 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards
-
Experience managing health & welfare benefits, retirement plans, and leave programs
-
Knowledge of compensation structures, job evaluation, FLSA, and pay equity principles

Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and HRIS experience (Workday preferred)
-
Ability to translate complex compensation and benefits concepts into clear guidance for leaders
Preferred: CCP, CBP, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification and experience in a mission-driven or healthcare organization.
