Special Education Technology Teacher
Location: May Center School for Autism and Developmental Disabilities Randolph

The Special Education Technology Teacher enhances ABA-based classroom learning by integrating high-impact educational technology tools that support communication, academic, and behavioral growth for students with autism and developmental disabilities. This role strengthens curriculum delivery, develops staff capacity, and ensures technology is implemented in ways that directly support student success.
Your Impact:

Instructional Technology Integration: Embed technology seamlessly into curriculum and ABA-based instruction. Provide occasional direct instruction to support tech-based learning.

Staff Training & Coaching: Train and coach teachers on effective instructional technology practices. Partner with the Education Director and Curriculum Specialist to align tools with instructional goals.

Systems Coordination & Troubleshooting: Collaborate with IT to select, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software. Ensure classrooms have reliable access to devices and educational platforms.

Program Quality & Innovation: Stay current on emerging EdTech to enhance instruction and student engagement. Support development of student-specific technology goals when appropriate.

Student Support & Safety: Work with students across the autism spectrum, including those with significant behavioral needs. Implement Safety-Care procedures as trained.
What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Educational Technology, or related field.

Experience supporting students with autism or developmental disabilities. Strong instructional support, coaching, and technology skills.
