Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Environmental Services operations, including housekeeping, laundry, and floor care.
- Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate department staff across multiple shifts.
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet cleanliness, safety, and service standards.
- Develop and manage routine, periodic, and deep-cleaning schedules.
- Establish and enforce departmental procedures, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Train staff on infection control, PPE, workplace safety, and emergency procedures.
- Manage departmental budgets, expenses, inventory, equipment, and supplies.
- Conduct quality inspections and address service concerns to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Requirements
- Previous supervisory or management experience in Environmental Services, housekeeping, healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience overseeing housekeeping, laundry, floor care, or similar operations.
- Knowledge of infection control, PPE, workplace safety, and cleaning standards.
- Experience with staff hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and development.
- Strong budgeting, inventory management, and expense control skills.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
