Supply Chain Planning & Optimization Analyst
Location: Onsite Schedule: Full-time | 40–50 hours/week

We're hiring a Supply Chain Planning & Optimization Analyst to help shape how we plan, produce, and deliver. In this role, you'll blend production and inventory planning with advanced analytics, forecasting, and optimization to drive smarter decisions across our operations. What You'll Do
- Build and maintain forecasting models and planning tools that sharpen demand planning, production alignment, and inventory positioning.
- Develop finished goods production plans, fruit utilization strategies, and inventory plans that balance service levels, costs, capacity, and waste.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Procurement, Field Operations, Quality, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Engineering, and warehouse/distribution teams to align execution with strategy.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics to uncover opportunities for cost savings, efficiency gains, and process improvements.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that give leaders clear visibility into KPIs and operational performance.
- Leverage ERP systems, databases, and advanced analytics tools to extract, validate, and interpret large datasets.
- Support continuous improvement and strategic planning initiatives with rigorous analysis and scalable solutions.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects, meetings, and decisions where data-driven insight is needed.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in supply chain planning, forecasting, analytics, production planning, or inventory management (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and tell the story behind the numbers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization/reporting tools.
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning software (preferred).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you can work effectively with stakeholders across every part of the business.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting Structure
This role reports directly to the Director of Planning. No direct reports.
