This is a full-time position at our Headquarters in Addison, TX
Qualifications:
- 4 years experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping
- Experience with invoicing and reconciliations
- Create financial reports like month-end, cash, etc.
- Ability to run payroll
- Interface with vendors
- Creating PO’s
- Experience working with Quickbooks or Paycor is a plus.
- Ability to answer HR questions if needed
- PTO Approval
Applicants must be at least 18 years or older, must be willing to take a drug test and background check as part of the selection process and must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
