Position Summary

Talent 101 is seeking a Sample Coordinator to support semiconductor Product Change Notification (PCN) sample activities for our end client.

This position is responsible for coordinating and fulfilling customer sample requests, including collecting PCN sample requirements, developing delivery plans, submitting requests through the end client's internal SWR system, tracking material, and coordinating customer sample shipments using SAP.

The Sample Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for the end client's Sales teams, Customer Account Managers, Quality, Planning, and other internal stakeholders involved in customer sample requests.

The position also requires detailed analysis of current sample inventory, forecasting future sample requirements, and maintaining appropriate just-in-time inventory levels to support timely sample delivery to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect Product Change Notification (PCN) sample requests and maintain detailed tracking records for all open requests.
• Build and execute customer sample delivery plans using the end client's internal SWR system and SAP Material Master.
• Support Sales and Customer Account Managers by using the ChangeLink system to analyze, manage, project, collect, and fulfill daily customer sample requests.
• Perform proactive inventory analysis to determine sample coverage and ensure adequate sample availability.
• Forecast sample requirements and help maintain appropriate just-in-time inventory levels.
• Track materials through Assembly and Test (A/T) operations and Product Distribution Centers (PDCs).
• Analyze customer requirements and develop and execute order-fulfillment and delivery plans.
• Coordinate with planners, Project Managers, Quality Engineers, and other PCN Sample Coordinators across the end client's organization.
• Monitor multiple sample requests and priorities simultaneously to ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams involved in planning, quality, manufacturing, material management, and customer support.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• 100% onsite in North Dallas, Texas
• Monday through Friday
