Responsibilities
- Oversee and mentor a team of Machine Learning engineers, ensuring the delivery of scalable, production-ready AI systems.
- Establish technical standards and best practices while fostering a culture that balances experimentation with long-term reliability.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate strategic objectives into practical, implementable ML initiatives.
- Make informed architectural decisions, evaluate emerging AI technologies, and recommend approaches that align with organizational goals.
- Work closely with leadership to guide AI investments and provide insight into the evolving AI landscape.
- 5 years of experience in software engineering or machine learning, including at least 2 years in a leadership, technical ownership, or team lead role.
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras) and experience with cloud-based infrastructures (AWS preferred).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience coordinating across multiple teams to achieve project objectives.
- Strong ability to define technical strategy, present complex ideas clearly, and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
