Salesforce Commerce Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Full Stack Developer to join a growing digital Care & Wellness technology organization focused on building and enhancing a modern e-commerce platform. This is a full-time opportunity working alongside internal engineering teams and external development partners to deliver scalable, high-performance commerce solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong experience across both front-end and back-end SFCC development, with a passion for building reliable, customer-facing applications. U.S. work authorization is required. No visa sponsorship is available at this time.

Job Title: Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Full Stack Developer

Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain features across the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform, supporting both front-end experiences and back-end commerce functionality
• Build and customize SFCC cartridges, develop integrations, and contribute to the overall architecture of the organization's digital commerce ecosystem
• Develop responsive, high-performance user experiences using modern front-end technologies while optimizing site speed and overall customer experience
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between SFCC and supporting commerce platforms, including order management and other third-party systems
• Partner closely with engineering, product, marketing, and external vendors to deliver new platform capabilities and drive technical improvements across the commerce environment
• Mentor junior engineers while contributing to architecture discussions, platform enhancements, and engineering best practices
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) development experience, including experience working within modern commerce architectures
• Strong experience with React and modern front-end development, including responsive web applications and CMS-driven experiences
• Deep understanding of ISML, JavaScript controllers, OCAPI, Business Manager configuration, and SFCC cartridge development
• Experience building integrations with e-commerce platforms, APIs, inventory, pricing, and order management systems
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills across the full application stack
• Experience within e-commerce environments is required. Experience in healthcare, digital health, or telehealth is a plus. Salesforce Commerce Cloud certification is preferred.
  
  

Compensation

• $130,000 - $150,0000 Base Salary
