- Serve as the primary administrator for UKG Pro, including Core HR, Onboarding, People Analytics, Time & Attendance, and Payroll. Configure and maintain our UKG system settings, security roles, workflows, and business rules.
- People Analytics (BI) & Analytics: Design, develop, and maintain advanced BI dashboards, scheduled reports (including bursts and alerts), and complex queries to deliver actionable workforce analytics and data-driven insights to leadership.
- Security Architecture & Setup: Architect, configure, and rigorously audit comprehensive security structures within UKG modules. Manage role-based access control (RBAC), user permissions, and field-level security to ensure strict data privacy, segregation of duties, and compliance with data governance policies.
- HCM system: 3 years (Required)
- HR and Payroll HCM: 3 years (Required)
- UKG Pro Certified: 1 year (Required)
