What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients warmly, check in patients, and ensure smooth, compassionate communication throughout each visit.
- Answer phones and emails with clarity, empathy, and accuracy.
- Support our clinical team by preparing records, confirming appointments, and ensuring accurate billing.
- Help clients understand the “why” behind what we do, offering education and follow-through that strengthens trust.
- Jump in wherever needed—because you know teamwork is everything.
