Robotic Weld Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Robot Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on robotic welding systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Quality Checks: Conduct thorough quality checks on welds and assemblies, ensuring that all products meet required specifications and standards.
• Adjustments: Make necessary adjustments to robots and fixtures based on quality check results to maintain precision and quality in welding operations.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to robotic welders and fixtures, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, quality checks, and any modifications made to robots and fixtures.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and practices to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a robotic weld technician.
• Technical Skills: Proven ability to perform repairs on robotic welding systems, conduct quality checks, and make adjustments to robots and fixtures.
• Shift Availability: Willingness to work off-shift hours, including second or third shift.
• Problem-Solving: Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve welding and robotic issues.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in quality checks and adjustments.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety practices related to robotic welding and industrial operations.
• Communication: Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
